On my third day now without even leaving my unit to go outside, playing video games and watching movies is a good cope. However it makes time go so fast. I can see how easy it is to get in a cycle though that u can never break. If I didn't have to pay rent I would do this for the rest of my life.

It's ok,I would do the same,but I dont even own a house,and my parents will kick me in a couple of years,if I dont finish my uni,but I "enjoy" the pleasure of not confronting reality and hiding in my room away from the pain.
