Clearly a mis-applied term. A fifteen year old girl is biologically an adult body it isn't anywhere near pedophilia which refers to pre-pubescent bodies with no sexual characteristics whatsoever.

Statutory rape is not "rape-rape". Teenagers are not biologically "children" which in common use refers to pre-pubescent minors not ALL minors.
