The decomp itself doesn't include the game files so they probably can't do shit about it even if they wanted to. Although they are taking down roms as much as they could.

They better decompile more 360 exclusive games like Burnout, Midnight club la, Cod3, Armored Core 4, many forzas, Ace Combat 6, Gears of war 2-3-Judgment, Ridge Racer 6, Crackdown 2, Magna Carta 2 and probably a few more (i don't care bout Fable 2 it sucks)
