Cooking is also not a bad idea either, can be really useful if you are in uni or a NEET.
Maybe try art, like drawing since you like anime, I personally really enjoy making anime-inspired cartoony designs.

Probably you should just start with pencil and paper. I guess until you develop your own style you can draw people you know/objects you find interesting/characters from media you like.
