If I discovered that I had tapeworms or other intestinal worms, I wouldn't take dewormer. Worms have a right to life just as much as any other animals.
 
i wont step on an ant outside on purpose, but if the ant is inside my house i kill it. might be similar logic there
 
I would take dewormer to cleanse my body because fuck every living thing
