Sorry for shitty english it's my 3rd language.

Add the black cubes on the same side and subtract the white cubes on different sides of first 2 squares. then add them on the third square.

for example the first row square:adding the two cubes on the same side is 2, and subtracting the white cubes on differen sides is 1, then you have 2 black cubes and one white cube.(white cubes on third square go on the side where there is more white cubes, for for this is the left side which has 3 white cubes.)

do the same for the second row:adding the black cubes on the same side is zero so no black cubes,subtracting the white cubes on different sides is 1 so there's only 1 white cube one the side which has more white cubes(right one).

now for the third row there is no white cube so subtracting them is 0 obviously. and 2 black cubes,adding them is 2 black cubes on left like this pic:

Ok my explanation was confusing as fuck here's a more compact one:

Formula:For each row, if cubes of same color on the first two squares are on the same side(right and left sides.), add them,then put them on the third square.if they are not on the same side,subtract them and put them the third square on the side where there were more squares.

solving 1st row:for black cubes in frst 2 squares are on the same side(both left) so by adding them we have 1+1=2 so 2 black cubes on the third square.white cubes are on diferent sides,so subtracting them 3-2=1 and putting them on third square we have 1 white cube and 2 black cubes.

do it for next two rows.
