I agree with this when it comes to the first waves of feminism. I can understand women 50+ years ago wanting to break the system where they were heavily pressured by society to marry whatever local man they could by ~21 and then they could be trapped with one bad decision.

Im pretty sure all these female instincts were exposed early on at a very primitive level. But once societies developed, along with lies and masks becoming a regular thing among that developed society, this is where humanity is at today.
