If society accepted that some of us didn't provide innate positive social interaction for others we could form groups for us non-valuable human beings to provide social interaction with one another. To accept that we aren't part of that "game" and realizing our position makes taking part in the game even harder.
Talking to an ugly loser about his days, his dreams, his life story - it isn't interesting or valuable. Nobody cares about what we have to say for whatever reason, our words do not provide any sort of social enjoyment. Chad's fart noises are worth more than our best anecdotes, thoughts, and jokes. Some of us even have negative value, interactions with us are often detrimental to people. That's just reality, we can try to work out the exact formula of why but that's just reality.
But of course the socially valuable in society not only want a happy life with lots of positive social interaction, they demand these lies on top that make them feel any better. It's like rich people who need to believe they earned every penny and that they're superior beings for doing so, the benefits of being rich aren't enough they demand delusional beliefs at our expense.
And those beliefs mean that uglies try to recreate the attractive peoples game in their interactions, they try to create the illusion they're socially valuable when they're not but attacking fellow uglies. There needs to be an acknowledgement that being ugly means your social interaction is not valuable in itself and maybe it's only valuable between ugly people. Lookism is real.
