I realized that normies have social rituals, and if you don't participate in them you are ostracized.

usually when I meet other men they start making jokes (aggressive jokes).
they start to tease me about my physical appearance or ask me if i'm a faggot, but in a "friendly" teasing tone.
if I don't respond to that in the same tone and put myself on their level, it's a sure guarantee that they will bully me for the rest of my life (real bullying, not jokes)

once it happened to me with a thug, he did his ritual with me in high school, as soon as he met me, he asked me to go out to the street during the break

we walked a few blocks when he started insulting my mother and calling me a faggot. he did it out of nowhere
I know, it sounds fucked up

i don't remember what i did, i think i just laughed, luckily that motherfucker never went back to school after that day

he was probably testing me after seeing me alone and friendless during the break

this is like some kind of ritual to test my manhood.
and there are probably other rituals to gain respect, like the typical question about if you have had a girlfriend or sex
