Women are consistently found to prefer an elevated stature, muscularity, low body fat percentage, longer penis size, sharper features that signal higher bone development, hair density, and facial symmetry in men.

This puts men with these characteristics at an extreme advantage when it comes to attracting women. The "lucky" ones that managed to find girlfriends despite not having the desired traits will always hold less power in a relationship and be on the verge of getting cheated on and abandoned, of which there are many cases already.

In addition, women either ignore or are completely unaware of how much effort and dedication a man has to put in a relationship in order to keep the woman interested, especially if he is ugly and short. The worst looking he is, the more time he will spend trying to compensate for it and basically giving everything he has to impress the woman, who can easily be more seducted by a better looking man anyway.
