to stop being a fat ass (i'm over by around 12 kg)
get a job
live on my own

I literally don't care about inceldom anymore, I know it's a waste of time to even try

doing nofap for long as i can, whole year if possible

1 hour a day of religious studies instead of so sporadic

15 minutes a day at least of meditation

No internet Monday to stem my net addiction, no internet entire day on Monday which i guess is today but starts when i wake up so its okay right now

Improve with my gymceling, which I've actually made some gains with; I literally couldn't rep the bar when I started about a year ago.
Get a decent job--- not restaurant bullshit. & start to actually like who I am, which is going to be the hardest one.

My resolutions and difficulty levels


Getting more sleep = Easy
Getting rid of my acne = Easy
Lifting = Medium
Studying = Medium
Losing my inhibitions and becoming more social = Hard
Escaping Inceldom = insane ( I don't think it will happen)


All of my resolutions are useless though If I give up after 1 month
