Firstly, ignoring your odds of being born a woman (~48%), we’ll only look at men and from an international perspective.

0.16 X 0.10 = 1.6%

Just by being white and tall, we’ve eliminated 98.4% of men alive. The numbers are a little better when you consider that white men are taller on average, but not by much.

>70% of men are uncircumcised
0.016 X 0.32 X 0.70 = 0.3584

These numbers start to get a little funky without context, but I’ll add them to the calculations anyways. Penis size is mostly a genetic wildcard, and most white men have their foreskins. However, it’s still gives a good gauge to how men who fit these descriptors compare to other men.

Based on these factors alone, a tall white man with an above average, uncut penis is in the 99.6416th percentile of men on Earth.

This is, of course, ignoring that you can still be ugly or deathly ill or disabled. Just a thought experiment.

Also, you should multiply the number of white men who are 6ft (also applies to other conditions, since being white affects their probability), not to the number of all men, since you already imposed a restriction in your sample space
