i have reached late stages of blackpill / reality awareness it seems. i cant cope with all the realizations ive had at this point. i have made a lot of posts on this matter. i just cant anymore dude. but i dont want to kill my self. i am in this weird mental / physical state now, its hard to explain what it feels like. like my soul has been ripped out of my body or something.

Have you found anything that atleast helps you cope? I was in the same state 2 weeks ago, but I figured it's not doing me any good just idling for hours a day, and decided to spend those hours finding videogames I can enjoy

I've been having a lot of realizations lately through rumination.

I'm not trying to brag or say I'm better than anyone, but knowledge of the Blackpill amongst other things helps me make sense of all the new realizations.

Edit: That said, it's shocking how new negative insights keep coming up

Two things that have made my rotting more bearable in recent years:

• Having a tablet with a stand that I put on my bed next to my pillow, then I lie on my side with my face pointing to the tablet and I consume cozy content (like for example a retro gaming twitch channel). You can drift in and out of sleep while watching.
• Having a good speaker in the bedroom and listening to music in the darkness, specially classical for small groups (like quartets, or pieces for solo cello, very soothing) and dark ambient music (I find it very mentally soothing, I listen to that music and imagine I live in another reality much more interesting and less frivolous than this one)
