No she didn't. She coined the term "invcel" by combining involentary with celibate back in the 90s. The incel community as we know it today originated from early 2010s forums like PUA hate, (which Eliot Rodgers used) r9k, and reddit. Eventually this culminated with the incel subreddit which brought incel culture into the mainstream. This forum was created after the subreddit shut down as an alternative.
