So much of modern feminism is the result of women being fat or overweight. "Health-care system oppresses women because there's not enough studies on them!"
The primary reason women spew such rubbish is because they're bitter their doctors told them to go on a calorie deficit and lose weight. "OH, YOU JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND OUR BODIES WORK DIFFERENTLY!"

The funny thing is, there's a perfectly legitimate way to make their fatness not their fault, since there have been like two dozen genes already identified which affect reward and self-control circuitry in the central nervous system, whose damaged versions are linked to obesity, but those same feminists are also weirdly against genetic explanations and genetic determinism, so they leave it be and desperately try to just make "the society" responsible for their problems.
