Venting so mentally drained

I've been vidyamaxxing for like 12 hours a day for the past 3 days playing only CS2 and it's not because of gaming tbh in general i am mentally drained from life.

Everything sucks I have anhedonia no matter what I do it's just a miserable experience.

It's important to get out, be around people, in some capacity.

Find similar interest groups. Go. Don't sit at home.
