I'm currently unemployed, living with my parents, so I do have a lot of free time. I decided that playing video games from 8:00 to 23:00 is a bit too much. All I did this summer was playing a video game + listening/watching a sitcom at the same time, for months and months on end. That's what I do when I come home from work when I'm employed, too.

Now that I deleted my video games and I finished rewatching like the 15th sitcom in my rotation for the 23rd time, I literally have nothing to do. I don't like sports, I don't like walks, I don't know anybody in real life or online, nor do I want to know people since I'm very antisocial.

I'll probably end up installing my video games again in a few hours.

deleting them was kind of a dumb choice wasn't it?

What sitcoms do you watch, and what games do you play? I need some copes right now or I'll go crazy.

Games: World of warcraft, runescape, warframe, tf2, csgo, rocket league, diablo 3, overwatch, gta 5 online
Sitcoms: Seinfeld (watched like 30 times), Its always sunny in philadelphia (like 20 times), Parks and Rec (sjw shit but still funny) watched like 10 times, The office (x20 times), Arrested Development, 30 rock (sjw shit), Archer, Married with children, The middle, brooklyn 99, modern family, Frasier, Community, Scrubs, Curb your enthusiasm

They're all good to waste time if you just turn your brain off and ignore the sjw propaganda.

Sounds like you need to blow off steam. Usually i watch documentaries and then play again.

buy a bike, ride it, approach bitches

I can endorse the first two items from that list.

There was a time I had motivation and energy for #3 but that time is long past.

You still think you have a chance of achieving something in real life. You don't.

Reinstall the games and download the sitcoms and enjoy, buddy.

I need to save up for a PC but if I do end up saving I will be play video games 24/7 for sure. wish I had your option.

Hey guys, you could all hit me up, and play some games together, that would be nice. I can really relate on the part of watching videos on youtube and playing video games for the whole summer. So far, this is exactly what I did myself, all summer break long.

I don't care if others judge me for what I do. caring about that shit is kid's stuff. I'm an old man. I don't care (goes double for femoids) what anyone has to say because if I did I'd be more miserable than ever. what makes me happy is making other people miserable because I'm an asshole. proud of it too.

Read some interesting books. Learn a new language. Travel around the world.

Read history. There is a lot of funny thing. And think about it. How can you make that past great and unfortunate things again?

PLAY/WATCH SOMETHING NEW FFS
Single-player games give a far better feeling of progression than ANY MP experience. Even ones without much story, tho obviously story-driven ones are the best.
Can't comment much on shows, can't even remember the last time I saw one (I don't even think I ever saw one top to bottom). Have you considered watching movies? (Or heck, reading)
I think the repetition is getting to you. Don't be afraid to try something different. If all you're gonna do is LDAR at least do it in a more varied manner, you'll enjoy it a lot more (Or at least it will get old much more slowly)

Are you LDARing? If so, what do you do?

Vidya. Lots and lots of vidya. Like I said, try something different. A few months ago I was also playing MP stuff, like Battlefield 4 and CS 1.6 to pass the time (my former dog had just died, was such a wreck I was on the verge of roping) until I decided to try SP again. I played the OG Blood(1997) then Medal of Honor (2010) in VR (the last session made me sick, haven't touched VR since), then Doom 64 Ex, then Aliens VS Predator Classic 2000, and then some Assassin's Creed Liberation (2014).
Like I said, diversifying your experiences at the very least makes it more tolerable. In my case, it works.
In the meanwhile I also got another tolerable dog, but I'm giving him away (hopefully soon) and giving up on keeping a dog of my own as long as I live in a studio apartment (a regular apt. is fine but a studio is just too cramped).

TL;DR Playing a variety of vidya and caring for a dog makes for good coping.

I did this a couple of years ago, actually store my whole desktop PC un my clóset.

By then I already had a passion (been playing guitar since 14 now I'm 27) so it might not work for you, but try to learn how to play an instrument. By that Time I also started doing calisthenics and body weight gradually at the pull up bars at the park

Now I only play Dota2 and WARMODE (100% reccomended they're both free on Steam) but mostly at nights.

Ibut most of my Time Is dedicated to studying/practicing music and working out at the gym. You might not like excercise NOW but you can gradually make it an habit

coping with vidya is okay dont let anyone tell you other wise

That is the key problem here that you need to fix to cope better. Everyone has the potential to be interested in things other than media consumption. There is such a large amount of hobbies in this world, there has to be something you enjoy (If you want I can give you a list with suggestions). It only seems hopeless now because your mind is clowded and playing computer is a habit that has been wired into your brain.
Playing from 8 to 23 sounds like a legit addiction to me, I would try to get professional help if it is avaliable where you live. If not, talk to somebody you trust, get some self help book and, if you are not able to stay away from the computer, sell it, TV as well, if you own one
