It is old school RuneScape. But single player with highly convincing bots that behave like players. Active wildy and all that. Most Quests in the game work fine too.
And the original midi OST funcional for all areas.

Type on your search engine, 2009scape single player, it Will lead to either a github page or their main page community website which has an online mode, updates, and the single player on the download subsection.
This is Frankly the Best single player experience available, it has summoning, it ONLY lacks Dungeoneering since that was released in 2010 unfortunately.

The reason why i optout to play a single player version of the game (unofficially), is so that i can have full Control and not the fear of losing my shit locally. Which still needs a server.

the Price depends on the type of games you want to play.
MilSims such as Arma 3 and squad require a lot more than GTA5 online and COD for example.
But I play games such as COD and GTA on console, works pefectly fine for me.
Can´t wait to play these massive open world adventure games and milSims on PC.
