If you think she's teasing you to mock you, try to make something that would prove it to you. Have you got male collegues ? Talk with them about her weird behavior, and if you're "close friends", you can even talk to them about the kinky stuffs she asked you. Female collegues also might be a source of info about her, although they would naturally be more encline to protect her, even more if they are in cahoots.

Try to slightly confront her in public. For instance, by evoking with vague words, but loudly, what she asked you in a crowded place (near coffee machine for instance), and try to see how she reacts : does she turn red, does she smile weirdly, does she stay neutral ? That would be good indicators unless she's acting a role with everyone. You can even make references to the whole "me too" thing and legal stuffs if you will in order to destabilize her.
