Btw try gtaiv, the death effects in gta4 are very realistic it's actually scary.
Also, there's NPCs that call you ugly and gross in the game just like real like so i tend to blast them away.

Just a few weeks ago In gta4 i got in a gun battle with some gangster counseling a gun.
During the gun fight i swear to fucking god the gangster says " you're so ugly, i'm doing you a favor by killing you" At that moment i rushed him pushed him down and unloaded 20 some pistol bullets in his face and skull.

In gta5 the effects are toned down but in gta4 the people will spasm and flail when they're being shot even when they're on the ground and blood effects will shoot up into the camera as well.
