All women and men should be given a true SMV card at birth and it should be updated yearly. Say a man is a chadlite and rich he should be given a 7/10 card and would only be allowed a 7/10 sexual partner. Any relations with a non-SMVmatch would result in a $5000 fine or a 4 months in prison. Also they would be equal for both genders (ie if you are a male who makes 80k a year, it plays no part in your physical looks. So a woman would also have to make 80k a year to be at your level)
