Why is it that Indian students and foreign students think just because they were smart enough to go to USA school or good school anywhere that the rest of them could if they wanted to? These are outliers in IQ but really the rest of them are pooping in street with no toilet.

It’s a matter of proper development (nutrition), mental stimulation, and exposure to pesticides/heavy metals/pollution. Children born to even poor immigrants are typically way more intelligent than their parents, there was a study about this.
