There's little evidence for this, either that Asians have small dicks and Blacks big dicks and that dick size is related to intelligence. Dick size differences between races are within an inch.

There are no studies. Interracially, yes, smaller-cock races like rices have higher IQs than larger cock races like blacks, but intra-racially, a big dick rice won't on average have a lower IQ than a small dick rice.

I also wanted to make the final point, it would be odd to argue that big dick Asians would be dumber than small dick Blacks.
