The answer is really simple:
You can't fix the systemic issues that created hypergamy and a completely fucked up dating market for males, this is beyond your scope. This was caused by technology, nature, and social psychology, and there's nothing you, or we can do about it.
What you could do, to do your part and help it a little bit, is literally to have sexual intimacy with multiple incels, and help them out of their complete lack of sex and affection.
