If he´s located in some third world shithole, then this is most likely the problem.
I live in West-Europe, the Quality and speed of WIFI here is top-notch.
The internet provider is a bit more expensive in comparison to others, but I plan on playing Arma 3 and squad online when i get a better PC and monitors.
So i need it
