I wake up tired also
I also feel drowsy when I wake up but it goes away after 30 minutes or so.

I often have the same problem
i have daytime sleepiness and nighttime wakefulness which has always been with me since childhood and worsened as a teenager. i can't fix it because even if i am capable of creating a "normal" routine of sleep, it returns back to me staying up all night anyway and going to bed at 4 - 6 AM. this means i always miss appointments and so on. so i have to either set them early mornings or late days. perhaps this might apply to you?

Yeah, although im a brainlet so I gave up on Linux and programming JFL.
And no I struggle to get a noodle gf. Most don’t take me seriously since I’m short, skinny and look like a teenager, even though I’m white
I used to lose so much sleep in college that I'd sometimes hallucinate noises and such. I frequently had periods of time where I didn't sleep at all for over 60 hours. No wonder I struggled.
