Sleeping habits changed, WTF

I used to be able to sleep for 10+ hours easily everyday and wake up feeling refreshed. Now when I go to sleep, I'll sleep only for 7 hours or so, and wake up feeling exhausted, I can remember all my dreams, wtf could it be? I haven't changed my diet recently, and my lifestyle is pretty much the same as it's always been. This has been going on for the last week. Anyone know what it could be?
 
Alot of shit could be the reason. Sunlight deficiancy for example means no vitamin d. Too much caffeine from energy drinks ==> you need to fast like 2 days straight to clear all the shit from your body and reset your system. Its good to reboot your body the same way you rebbot your PC.
 
Do you work out right before bedtime? It can interrupt your sleep cycle
