I used to be able to sleep for 10+ hours easily everyday and wake up feeling refreshed. Now when I go to sleep, I'll sleep only for 7 hours or so, and wake up feeling exhausted, I can remember all my dreams, wtf could it be? I haven't changed my diet recently, and my lifestyle is pretty much the same as it's always been. This has been going on for the last week. Anyone know what it could be?
