The majority of president's were white.
However nowadays black culture has 100% taken over which had made it degenerate. I also am a firm believer that black people aren't oppressed because we have black owned businesses and blacks in the suburbs. Majority of blacks are liberal and can't take accountability that they put their own selves in poverty with bad decisions and that's why blacks need to break the cycle of poverty and single moms.
