Skynet, since it is essentially what will happen when general AI with recursive learning capabilities comes into contact with or is uploaded to DoD servers that control ICBM functions. The idea that those missiles in their silo's in ND are only able to launch through manual overrides is just a false consolation and all the more so as we integrate more of our subsidiary systems in to some type of monolithic defense program.

Ultron is a piece of shit character, I have never seen a marvel villain written so badly. It's because they tried to reach out to the largest audience therefore making the design of the character a contradiction and one of my most hated cliches.
