I'm like that today but as a kid I was chubby lmao.

Actually if I undereat I could lose 1-2 pounds over a couple of days. If I overeat I maybe put on half a pound if I'm lucky. But I have to be binge eating the entire day.

6.5 inches at 6ft1 is actually really respectable tbh, it's a good base to work with.
And it's pretty hard to cope tbh lol, i always find myself wearing long sleeve t shirts even in summer with like a denim jacket to hide the pathetic frame.
I gym alot too to cope, though my wrist size will never change i can atleast increase the size of my upper arms.
I went from 10 inch biceps to 13.5 inch biceps in a year of working out.
Went from 17.5 inch bideltoid to 19.2 inches bideltoid.
Still a bit skinny fat tho
