Are nasolabial folds wrinkles or something else entirely? I voted wrinkles but I would have to change my vote if I'm wrong.
My skin is fine, but not perfect; no amount of acne or smooth, clear skin will change your bones/height. 
Acne scars, stretch marks, keratosis pilaris, hyperpigmentation, and shitskin coloring. On the other hand, both my parents have perfect skin!

Nasolabial folds happen if you're fat or if you have the genes for it. Nasolabial folds are not classified as wrinkles mainly because they're not caused by factors such as too much stressing or sun exposure, but because of genetic predisposition or excess fat.
If you're not aware of that is, it's called a "skin tag"

acne (not as bad), hyperpigmentation (BAD), discoloration (BAD). my skin has like 6 different shades smh
don't forget stretch marks, I have so many that you'd think I was super obese when I was a kid. Just bad genetics unfortunately.

Not really no. Your skin gets drier and that's it I think, for most people at least.
Do you know Derek from the MorePlatesMoreDates channel? He also used Accutane to get rid of his acne and he claims it gave him permanently dry lips. (Still a good trade imo lol)

I have bad ance and rosacea. My acne scars aren't too bad from what I can tell but they'll probably appear later in life and it will definitely be ogre then.

Cystic acne, and usually they are large. They have also left some pretty bad scarring in my face.
I have some sort of acne all over my back and upper arms. It’s going away slowly though. As for colour I can get a little too pale if I don’t go out in the sun

I don't understand why Skin is the 1 trait that some people refuse to believe can make someone incel.
Maybe it's because they had a zit once and it wasn't that bad; but bad skin will make you unlovable even with a great face.
I've had women give me IOIs from a distance or in a club until they've seen me close up and it's humiliating every time.
Skin might be the singular reason why I'm an incel.

@Man I think looksmaxxing exists for this; with laser and dermatological treatments that leave you more or less well. It's one more setback than getting into inceldom.
Because you can see factually, teenagers with acne with partners. The thing is to have a certain baggage in your looks; if you are an HTN or a Chad with acne, unusual for you to fall into inceldom. This is one exaggeration and a cope on many other factors.
Nothing that literally has no solution in modern medicine, unlike other factors that have no solution such as penis, facial bone structure in many places, and the height; to give examples.
In the absence of statistics, I still opt for HTN or Chad to continue fucking despite their acne.

Accutane cleared up my cystic acne but i still have scars all over my face, dark circles and occasional herpes or eczema outbreaks
Lot of dried skin, dandruff that my shitty foid doctor won't let me see a dermatologist for. It's literally snowing every day. I can't grow a beard because it gets unbearably itchy. It sucks shit.
I have major backne, it is a pain in the ass(almost literally). The pimples are big and sometimes painful.
