They are useful for work but people still wouldn't be interested in you if you're ugly.
They will view you as overcompensating.

Correct. And if you're an ugly sperg at your job having good skills will be worst because people will make you do their tasks knowing you're in a weak position.

Soyciety praises muh work ethic but human nature prefers men who are born with everything, kek

A dumb chad will always mog a skilled incel.

Doing work well as an uggo means getting even more work. Learned this the hard way. It's like they're capitalizing on the fact that we've been treated this way our whole lives and just think it's normal.

hard work is overrated asf in todays soyceity
people literally still think that you can be a millionaire by hard work, the only thing that really matter these days is luck and luck is something you get it at birth

Hard work is extremely overrated and actually counter-productive. Working hard, going the extra mile will just get you more work. It's better to work smartly, which selecting what you work, not giving 100% all the time.

Society values success that comes naturally. Overcoming hardships signals to society (and foids, especially foids - they hate when "losers" try to not be losers anymore) that you were destined to fail and are therefore out of place, so you're going to get more hardships, people will try to bring you down.

Skills are definitely overrated. Experience is infinitely more worth it. Being skilled alone means practically nothing.

Not necessarily. The over-all "Skill Level" of every programmer is entirely different and a single programmer certainly won't know everything about the linguistics involved with "Programming Languages, as a result, the individual capabilities and thought patterns for each "Programmer" will vary. Many "Programmers" actually know significantly little about the actual in-depth knowledge of what they're working with because it's been so incredibly simplified, so while it may become more user-friendly, it certainly doesn't mean that you can't utilize the profession well as there's plenty of programming languages that you could acquire knowledge of right now if you decide and are able to. Of course, It's your decision after-all.

Sexless subhuman men are simply working drones in the eyes of soyciety.

This is extreme ragefuel and suifuel.

It was high octane ragefuel and why I left that job. The constant rage was Judy driving me nuts.
I also left a few jobs either immediately or after short time. This may seem impulsive but no one ( or almost no one ) talked to me or they treated me like trash without any respect.
