i am calling marijuana and/or some other drug possession. Other possibilities include trespassing, shop lifting, driving without a permit or license (or without a passenger that possesses a license bc iirc thats a requirement if u have a permit but no license yourself)

She got arrested for mischief for throwing rocks at a house. She won't be charged though if she does community service
