I'm drinking maybe 3-4+ litres of water a day these days due to intermittent fasting and severe calorie deficit. Burning fat like crazy. Gaining muscle at same time. But hydration requirements are crazy.

Only liquids you should ever drink are water, milk, protein/veggie shakes, vegetable or other healthy soups, and rare alcohol.

For me with my J-PopMaxxing testosterone is a dirty word.
