I don't like using normie as a measurement for looks, I think the word more describes the general person(npc) that is not aware of red or blackpills, and many normies are incels so it gets confusing. I think the best descriptions are:
Chad(Slayers)
Chad-lite(Can get sex with some difficulty with reasonably attractive foids)
Incels(Cannot get laid unless they settle for way less)
Truecels(Can never get laid)

There's too much of a gap between Chadlites and incels, because there are a lot of guys in-between who can get sex rarely to occasionally, while incels find it near-impossible to get any sex, even from ugly or fat foids. Most males in society are normies, as in they get some sex but it's difficult for them - it's like a bell-curve, with normies making up the bulk (60%), and incels (20%) and chadlites/chads (20%) making up the extremes. I do agree normie is a confusing term, because it's used for both mental state and looks, but generally we distinguish incel-looking normies as incels-in-denial (like over at Cucktears), and normie-looking incels as fakecels or failed normies.
9/10 and up - Gigachads
8/10 - Chads
7/10 - Chadlites
6/10 - Upper-tier normies
5/10 - Mid-tier normies (dead on average)
4.5/10 - Low-tier normies, borderline incels
4/10 - Usually incels or incels-in-denial (Cucktears)
3/10 and below - Now you start getting into truecel territory.
My personal rating score. So most men in society are between a 4 and a 6, which would make sense for a bell-curve. However, that said, it's quite complex, because an ethnic 5 could be an incel as in he can't get any sex, especially in a society where ethnics are disliked.
