No. But an average looking girl has a lot of power, there isn't a vast difference between a "Becky" (I actually hate this word tbh) or "Stacy" (I hate this one too) like there is between average male and a "Chad". The point isn't that all women get with Chad or whatever, just that they date upwards. Of course a lot of them have might of slept with some designated Chad in a one-night stand or something.
Not every girl gets into a relationship with the male elite, a solution in the future that may arise in response to this problem is a polygamy type of thing, Chad's harem.... remember that a lot of women lean towards bisexual, so being in contact with a lot of girls and 1 male elitist... not a problem. Or they could opt out of dating males if the male elite gives them trouble.

Every foid has infinite options to have sex, but not so many to have a relationship. Ugly girls get approached a lot and have tons of guys asking for sex, thus they believe they are super attractive since many men ''want'' them, they don't seem to realise that if men don't want anything serious with them and are only interested in sex it means that they aren't that attracted. Pretty girls don't get approached in a sexual way as much as ugly girls since guys try to get dates with them, to have them as girlfriends, not just occasional sex. So not every foid is a giga stacy, and definitely they don't have the same value, they just get infinite opportunities of getting laid since most men would fuck anything.
That's not quite how it works, the way it works instead is that there is effectively no such a thing as "Stacy" because by default, foids are the gatekeepers of sex, making all females be more valued than even male models by default even if morbidly obese, unlikeable and a single mom, only capable of volceldom at most. Imagine a horrifically burnt, 600 pounds, misandrist, severely mentally ill and aggressive, infertile, nazi, crack addicted, intellectually impaired 60 year old single mom with cancer and no job, she still mogs every non-celebrity, non-rich ugly man in the entire world as SOMEONE (soyboys) out there would desire and be loyal to her.
