you can solder different switches on mouse PCB, but it requires skill and equipment.

Yea but it is a compact house so it is still audible closing the door seems to help but I want more options in case
I guess you have to rely on your door from now on. Maybe there are types of keyboards that don't make too much noise. Look through the internet.
My keyboard is actually decently quiet since it is a laptop membrane razer thin keyboard but I am just thinking about the future.
I found some vertical silent mice with small click distance and they claim to be loud so once I get a job fingers crossed I'll purchase one
idk about mouse but for keyboard i think pretty much any linear switch are quiet
