I tried smoking and shi tasted so bad i never did it again as for alcohol i have a rare genetic disorder where i cant properly breakdown alcohol

A good thing honestly. Alcohol can fuck up your life further. I prefer vaping anyway It's cheaper. Not recommending that you do it but it's one of my copes ig.

i used too but got so busy with life i forgot abt them i have been having some free time lately but i never thought abt doing them again and the only reason i use yt is to watch lectures maybe id try something cause genuinely i feel like a robot all i do is work and study
