Here on .is, we should have a raffle/lottery thing. It will be once a year; and to enter, you only need to put in a dollar (from a paypal account). Only a 1000 .is users could enter this raffle, making the prize pool 1000 USD (or whatever the equivalent is in Euros). One user (who entered, of course) will be sent this money (through paypal) and can accept it ONLY on the condition they use it to escortcel --essentially making it one free "sex voucher". "
