Serious should people be verified before they post and should the forum be set to private?

I just made a post voicing my desire to take more steps to ensure females do not view our conversations, and restricting guest access would take like 95% of the female traffic away.

tbh I was always hoping the ratings thread would be a honeypot for fakecels to post their pics for validation, and then like once a year the admin bans everyone that posts a pic there.

The mods say they dont want to restrict viewership of the site. They should just restrict new users from posting for about a month. It would get rid of all the journalists and normies asking for definitions of incel terms too.
