Serious Should I visit my cousin tomorrow?

I have a 13 year old female cousin whom I love very much. She has sadly cut off all contact with me as she is now older and has realized that I’m a loser. A few weeks ago I visited her school because I wanted to see her again. I hadn’t seen her in over a year. She became quiet and ran away when she saw me. Should I visit her school again tomorrow? I think tomorrow might actually be her final day of school, but I’m not sure. I want to surprise her and maybe give her flowers or something.
