I began smoking as a cope. I have mixed feelings about my nicotine addiction. I only smoke a few cigarettes a day but sometimes the guilt of being addicted to it hits me. Other days, I enjoy that I have a free dopamine surge a few times a day and I know it doesn't do that much harm considering I am still physically fit.

What are you studing? If you are studing for entrance or professional exams, you better be a extremely gifted high iqcel otherwise it's a waste of time in my opinion.

That was me in college before I failed out. Didn’t even want to make the walk across campus to the therapy center they have because it would mean seeing people who are more genetically fortunate all the way there
I am going to try alcohol this year.
I only smoke occasionally, I don’t want to make it a regular thing since I don’t want withdrawal effects if I get too use to smoking often and end up getting shitty side effects as a result of going a day without smoking.
