Serious Should I start brushing my teeth 3 times a day

Would it be objectively better for my teeth? Because of my autist humour id find it really funny to be able to respond to normies I actually brush my teeth THREE times a day when they suggest any variation of hygienemaxxing

Do you floss? Maybe it would be better to add that or a better toothpaste or something, as opposed to brushing over and over which can actually be bad especially for the gums.

Definitely I wouldn't use a toothbrush beyond medium bristles as that can be bad!

i haven't brushed my teeth since like 2021. i've only ever gotten problems with my teeth when i was still brushing it, and keep in mind i didn't transition into a healthy diet until much later than that
