Yes stop and never look back. I’ve struggled with porn addiction since I was 11 im 30. Trust me it’s not worth it. Find healthier ways to cope. Just quit all together. Also, find a reason why. My reason why I quit was because porn made me feel bad about myself. You know when something isint for you. Besides that I struggled with quitting and plus I know people who struggle with it. So I have multiple reasons why I practice semen retention and no porn or masturbation for life.
