Should I plan for suicide?

I have almost no option in the UK.

SN was my go-to but it's impossible to acquire.

I don't believe in jumping off buildings or using guns (even though you can't purchase one here). I find these methods too violent.

Drowning seems alright, but I wouldn't know where to do it. There is a big River on the outside of the city but I'm sure it's being manned for people like me.

There is a particular medication that's easy to acquire. If I follow the instructions and overdose on it along with a anti-vomit pill and alcohol, it's pretty much impossible to survive. But it will be very painful, and I don't want to think about the consequences of surviving this. But survival is extremely low.

I do not want to progress into my 30s like this. 40s is a definite no. I can't even picture myself at 40 jfl.

Should I go ahead and purchase this item and stock it?

Up to you, but personally I would in case the medication becomes more difficult to acquire in the future. What is this medication by the way? I'm planning on killing myself at some point as well.

You should just live out of spite, as difficult as it is.

Unfortunately there isn't an easy painless quick way to off yourself, unless, like you said you had SN, or a gun. That's why I don't do anything, though I day dream about not existing daily.

I was thinking about jumping over a barrier and into the river very late at night. I'd put rocks into my pockets with other heavy items in a backpack to help with submerging.

It's good to have a plan. If you do something stupid and didn't succeed it can always get worse. Jumping down from a bridge is one of the worst, you can get paralyzed and still survive it.
