Uni will just make you feel even more alone, as you'll likely be left out, whilst having to witness others socializing together.
You have to pay them back depending on your income level unless you don't plan on going somewhere that has good pay.

If you had trouble meeting people in high school you will have even more trouble meeting people in college. I wouldn’t bother unless you want a job that needs a degree

Many guys I went to school at community college were older than this. Maybe start there first and transfer.. although community colleges are less social except for small cliques of people who grew up in the area usually
