Should I get surgery to fix this?

I have pectus excavatum it makes a dent in your rib cage. I don’t know if I should get the surgery or not. I think it’s pointless because I wear a hoodie everyday anyway and foids show me no attention so it’s not like they’d ever see me shirtless anyway. What do you guys think?
