do u guys say hi to ur neighbors? i own a house in a small HOA community, i feel they all judge me for living alone and being ugly as fuck, they all ignore me, should i even bother saying hello to them?

I don't say anything to them and they don't say anything to me
Fortunately my neighbours keep themselves to themselves so i'm able to avoid any conversation.

I greet my male neighbors, never the female ones. Some females still always greet me, but it's always in that fake nice way, and I'm just keeping the peace.

I guess if they ignore you they don't seem like nice people so I personally wouldn't but you could try as an experiment and see if they're nicer
