It depends on your actual goals.

I have an ugly friend who uses Tinder to contact prostitutes and "semi-prostitutes", that is, foids that have a day job (or are students) but would go out with an ugly guy if he paid her something (money, groceries, shopping, gifts etc.). It is against Tinder rules to explicitly mention prostitution or money, so he uses some discreet suggestive language. This is in Brazil. He said he has had a lot of (paid) sex this way. Can't confirm or deny.

Honestly the only high IQ way to use apps. To literally test and compare your results in different countries.
