I never particularly was too interested in cryptocurrency; it's not stable nor does it offer that many benefits enough for it to be hyped up as much as It's currently being, though I guess the decentralization from globobomo-promoting, wrongthink-censoring elites is preferable...

I wouldn't invest in it during such a seemingly volatile period, but I'm no expert.

If you're gonna buy, don't buy all at once. There is a high possibility it goes to 12-13k based on some technical analysis indicator and also the current macro conditions in the economy. It will likely stay at these suppressed prices for at least half a year, if not all the way to the next halving.
